This class will be a High-Intensity Interval Training style session that includes movements that may be foreign to the average person. We get you closer to the earth by incorporating ground-based movements that help you feel more grounded and balanced. This class will allow us to not only look better but also FEEL our best.
Our goal with training is to move with intention and enable you to mindfully train anywhere and everywhere, without being confined by the four walls of a gym.
