Known for his versatility and innovation, 4 x World Swing Dance Champion Yuval has taught, judged, and performed in more than 26 countries. He is a repeat winner of major U.S. swing dance titles and has appeared in many film and television productions, including Mona Lisa Smile with Julia Roberts, The Polar Express with Tom Hanks, The Today Show, Entertainment Tonight, and So You Think You Can Dance. 

He co-founded the Hop Swing & a Jump school in NYC, and founded All Swing in Miami. Known for his ability to make complex concepts easy to understand, Yuval has helped coach beginner-level dancers into national champions.

Nathalie Gomes Adams

NATHALIE GOMES ADAMS

Performer & Teacher

Known for her gravity-defying aerials, Nathalie has taught and performed in more than 23 countries. Her vibrant performances have earned Nathalie many stage, film, and television appearances. She performed and served as a consultant in the original Broadway production of Swing!, and has appeared at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. She was a featured dancer in the 2003 Julia Roberts film Mona Lisa Smile and was an animation model for the dancing elves in Robert Zemeckis' 2004 animated feature The Polar Express with Tom Hanks. Her national television appearances include repeat engagements on The Today Show, as well as Entertainment Tonight, The View, Good Morning America, and on MTV.

She founded Hop Swing & a Jump, a NYC dance studio and dance team that were strictly dedicated to the dances of the swing era, and Dance Quarter in New Orleans. She also created and coordinates Mindsteppers where 700 children learn how to dance weekly!

Minn Vo

MINN VO

Performer & Teacher

Minn is a California Swing Dance Hall of Famer with over 25 years of swing dance experience. He has studied and worked with legends such as: Frankie Manning, The “Queen of Swing” Norma Miller, Sugar Sullivan, Hal Takier, Jean Veloz, Ray Hirsch, Leonard Reed, Debbie Reynolds and The Nicholas Brothers. His dancing career began in 1997, proficient in Vernacular Jazz, Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Air Steps and Collegiate Shag. Minn is the founder of “The Hollywood Hotshots,” a Los Angeles based dance company. He has professionally choreographed/danced in film/television/stage productions with Channing Tatum, Pink, Selena Gomez, Jon Favre, Sofia Vergara, Sia, Katy Perry, Brian Setzer, Caravan Palace, Post Modern Juke Box and the Kardashians. Now he is an active Hollywood stuntman, having parlayed his training in movement, acrobatics, and timing from the dance floor into action on Film and TV.

LILY MATINI, ESQ.

Lily, has been swing dancing since 1999, started Oberlin College's Swing Society, now OSwing clubm and has mastered her favorite swing dances: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, and Boogie Woogie. An internationally-ranked professional dancer and competitor since 2003, she has won Champion and Top 5 titles at the National Jitterbug Championship (NJC), American Lindy Hop Championship (ALHC), East Canada Swing Championships (ECSC), Ultimate Lindy Hop Showdown (ULHS), Virginia State Open (VSO), Balboa Rendezvous, Rhythmic Arts Festival, and Swing Fling. She has taught at prestigious workshops, including the Paris Balboa Shag Festival, and peer-judged at the Eastern Balboa Championships (EBC), All Balboa Camp Detroit (ABCD), and ULHS, to name a few.
She has choreographed weddings, appeared in numerous music videos, films and TV programs, news specials, and tributes, most notably performing for an audience of over 140,000 WWII veterans, as well as President Bush and Tom Hanks, at the 2004 WWII Memorial Dedication in Washington DC. Lily is a regular instructor and performer with Gottaswing.com and has taught for DC's former Jam Cellar (now New Columbia Swing). Lily was a member of the award-winning Collegiate Cats Shag dance team.

Didier Jean Francois

DIDIER JEAN FRANCOIS

Dee is the founding member and owner of SAF Entertainment Group, Studio 88 Swing, as well as the Canadian Swing Championship, based out of Montreal. Having always been passionate about jazz and blues, also having a strong affection for the "party" and having been in contact with hip-hop in his past, Dee very quickly got hooked on swing. His stage presence and charisma earned the nickname "Charmin' Dee" early in his swing career. Dee has been booked as a swing instructor, DJ, MC and judge at major events across North America and abroad including the European Swing Championship (ESDC), World Lindy Hop Championship, Summer Hummer, Lindy Focus, Dance Renaissance, and many, many more. He has also become recognized on both sides of the border for his effective but above all entertaining style of dance teaching! Dee has appeared in the Gazette, Clin d'Oeil, La Presse, Showcase Weddings, Progres Watchman, The McGill Reporter, La Nouvelle de Sherbrooke, Canoe.ca, Montreal Campus and the Taconic Press. He has been seen on Musique Plus, CTV, TVA, RDS, YTV, SRC, Canal Mlle, ARTV, BESO TV, and Argenteuil television. His voice has been heard on several radio channels: SRC radio1, CKUT, Argenteuil, JBCCS (Cree Nation) and CIBL.

Gypsy Juls

Performer, Teacher & Local DJ

Juls has been swing dancing for over 15 years, and joined Yuval’s Hop Swing school in New York. She appeared as a main dancer in a Johnnie Walker commercial and in a short film, Sweet 13, for the Gale hotel. In addition to performing for many corporate and public events, she has toured with the Jive Aces for six-weeks along the east-coast USA, dancing on stage to live music.

She co-founded the All Swing school in Miami, and continues to spread the joy of swing through teaching in classes and workshops locally and around the world, and playing swingin' tunes at dances!
