Beat the Gym


Nothing challenges the body like the natural elements! Your own body weight combined with cardio intervals and core exercises delivers amazing results in no time. Compared to training on a floor, training on the sand is much harder, but also more effective.
This class will challenge you to elevate your fitness abilities and, as with all our classes, to have a lot of fun with some great people. Sun, the sound of waves, and a marvelous sandy beach: how can you resist? Participants should: Sign up, bring a towel, bring a water bottle, and get ready to take your workout to the next level.
